General Description of the Position：
-Complete the sales target, annual forecast, sales strategy and business analysis
-Responsible for the overall business operation, sales & project management and optimize the internal process.
-Analyze the development trend in the marine market and set up the business strategy accordingly
-Performance appraisal to sales members by the KPI and BSC
-Develop the relationship with the key account management and improve the brand core competence.
-Develop the teambuilding management, improve the teamwork efficiency
-Coordinate relations with others team, keep the better cooperation
1.Bachelor or above degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering. MBA is plus.
2.At least 10 years of sales and relevant extensive experience. Most of them in the Marine market.
3.Positive outlook with excellent negotiation capabilities and communication skill.
4.Strong ability of execution and decision-making and judgment with minimal direction
5.Ability to observe market trend, forecast and strategic analysis.
Lead and improve the capacity of team integration, strong sense of teamwork spirit
Specialized Knowledge and Skill Requirement ：
1.Familiar with the knowledge of engine principle and power system
2.Familiar with structure principle application equipment for marine, engineering machinery, diesel engine
3.Computer operation skill and fluent English in listening, speaking and writing.
